Q:  Who can go on the Paparazzi Passport Vacation?
A:  Any and all Consultants and their family!  Whether you pay for your stay, qualify for a free stay, or use your points to cover a portion of your stay, we want you with us!  If you pay for your stay and later qualify for a free one, you will be reimbursed.

Q:  I qualified to have part of my stay paid for by Paparazzi.  Now what?
A:  If you haven’t registered yet, contact our Events Team and request a discount code that will reduce the cost of your ticket by the appropriate amount.  Already registered?  All reimbursements will be processed after the qualification period closes on November 30, 2017.

Q:  Can I wait to register until I earn a free stay?
A:  Registration will be available until November 30, 2017, if rooms do not sell out before then. Even if you qualify for a free stay, if our room block has been filled by the time you decide to register, we will be unable to accommodate your request to join us.  If you’re planning on coming, we encourage you to register as soon as possible.  We anticipate this trip will sell out before the November 30, 2017 deadline.

Q:  How do I get to the resort?
A:  You’ll want to plan on flying into the Cancun International Airport (CUN).  Taxis and shuttles are readily available. Paparazzi will not coordinate travel to or from the resort.  

Q:  Is airfare included?
A:  No.  Airfare is not included in the cost of your reservation and should be arranged separately. 

Q:  What are the dates of the 2018 Paparazzi Passport Vacation?
A:  We will be arriving at the resort on January 9, 2018 and departing on January 14, 2018.

Q:  How many people can stay in one room?
A:  All registrations for the 2018 Paparazzi Passport Vacation will be handled as double occupancy.  A maximum of three adults and one child or two adults and two children are allowed per room.  If you are traveling alone, you will be assigned a roommate of the same gender.

Q:  Can I redeem the points I’ve earned for cash?
A:  No.  Points accrued do not hold any cash value. 

Q:  What if I’m traveling alone?  How do the rooming assignments work?
A:  If you’re traveling alone, you will be roomed with another Consultant of the same gender, as the discounted rates we have negotiated are based on double occupancy. 

Q:  Do I need a passport?
A:  Yes.  Mexico is an international destination.  All travelers, regardless of age, will need a passport.

Q: When does registration close?
A:  November 30, 2017 is the absolute last day that registrations will be accepted.  Please note that with the limited number of rooms we have available, there is a chance we will need to close registration early as our room block is filled.

Q:  What does my registration include?
A:  Your registration fee includes your resort stay, resort fees, taxes, gratuities, all-inclusive meals, drinks (including alcoholic beverages), entertainment and more!  It does not include transportation to or from the resort,  Resort upgrades, spa treatments, excursions, and other activities are available at an extra cost.  For more details on what the resort offers, click here.

Q:  Can I bring my children?  Is there a child rate?
A:  Sure!  Tickets for children between 3 and12 years of age can be purchased for $325 each.  Child rates are only available once the full double occupancy rate for adults has been paid. 

Q:  What type of room will I be staying in?
A:  The standard registration includes a stay in a Standard Deluxe room.  A limited number of upgraded Preferred Club rooms are also available.

Q:  Is there a dress code for the restaurants?
A:  Dress codes vary slightly for each restaurant on site.  To view dress code guidelines and menus for each one, click here

Q: Will I have internet access at the resort?
A:  Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.  

Q:  What is the cancellation policy?
A:  All requests for cancellation or transfer of tickets must be received via email at events@paparazziaccessories.com. Cancellation requests received before July 31, 2017 will be eligible for a refund in the amount of 75% of the original purchase price.  Cancellation requests received between August 1, 2017 and September 30, 2017 will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the ticket’s original purchase price.  Cancellation requests received between October 1, 2017 and November 30, 2017 will be eligible to receive a refund in the amount of 25% of the ticket’s original purchase price.  No cancellation requests will be accepted after November 30, 2017 and no refunds will be given after that date regardless of registrant’s attendance status.

Q:  How many people can stay in a room?
A:  All rooms have a maximum occupancy of four individuals in the following combinations: 2 adults + 2 children (ages 3-12) or 3 adults and 1 child. 

Q:  Can I upgrade my room?
A:  Yes.  There are a limited number of upgraded rooms available.  To purchase an upgraded stay, select the "Preferred Club Upgrade" ticket on the registration page. 

Q:  Can I extend my stay?
A:  Paparazzi will not be coordinating extended stays outside of our scheduled dates of January 9-14, 2018.  If you would like to stay longer than the six days/five nights offered through the Paparazzi group, you are welcome to contact the resort directly.  Rooms booked directly with the property are subject to the rates offered by the Dreams Sands Cancun Resort & Spa.   

Q:  Are there excursions available?
A:  Yes!  Stay tuned for details! 

Q:  I'm traveling alone with my child.  Can we stay in a room together without a roommate?
A:  We will not put another Consultant in the room with a child without their permission.  If you would like your child to stay with you without a roommate, you will need to pay the adult rate for the child instead of a child's ticket in order to fulfill the double occupancy requirement. 

Q:  Can I register myself now and my spouse later?
A:  You are welcome to register separately, but risk the chance that the trip will sell out before the second registration is received.  A single registration does not reserve an entire room.
