Q:  Do I need to be a certain rank to attend the event?

A:  Every single Consultant is invited to join us for ALL Access!  We hope to see you there!

Q:  When should I plan on arriving in and departing from Las Vegas?

A:  To maximize your experience at ALL Access, we encourage you to arrive no later than Monday, July 31, 2017 and plan on leaving no sooner than Friday, August 4, 2017.

Q:  Is there somewhere I can find a roommate to stay with during the event?

A:  Paparazzi will not coordinate rooming assignments.  If you would like to stay with another Consultant, we encourage you to seek out online groups or contact your Sponsor for help.

Q:  How do I get from the airport to the Hard Rock?

A:  Paparazzi will not provide transportation to or from the airport.  The Hard Rock is a short taxi ride away!

Q:  Can I extend my stay at the Hard Rock?

A:  The Paparazzi group room rate is in effect from Sunday, July 30, 2017 through Friday, August 4, 2017.  The rate is $99 per night based on double occupancy.  Discounted rates will not apply to dates outside of the aforementioned window. 

Q:  Can I register for convention onsite?

A:  Unless the event sells out, registration will be available onsite at the rate of $225 per ticket.  We encourage you to register in advance if possible.

Q:  Can I bring my children?  Will there be daycare available?

A:  ALL Access will be a mix of presentations in a large group setting, classroom-type trainings, and of course, shopping!  Neither Paparazzi nor the Hard Rock Hotel have a policy on children attending the event.  If you feel comfortable bringing your child(ren), we would request that you remain mindful of others in attendance and step out of the meeting if needs be.  We would also encourage you to bring a stroller to allow you to fully enjoy the shopping experiences at the event.  No daycare will be provided. 

Children 12 years of age and older must purchase a ticket in order to have access to the event.

Q:  What should I wear?

A:  For General Session and shopping, casual and comfortable attire is encouraged.  This is the perfect time to wear your new ALL Access t-shirt or other goodies you pick-up during your shopping adventures!

The Black & White Recognition Gala on Wednesday evening is all about YOU, so come dressed ready to rock your personality whether you’ll be working the runway or being adored in the crowd.  Pictures will be taken!  Black and white attire is strongly encouraged.

The Glitterazzi Welcome Reception (exclusively for our Party Hoppers) will be held inside Vanity at the Hard Rock, which is described as a life-sized jewelry box.  We ask that you come dressed to party and ready to sparkle!

Q:  What do I need to bring to check in?

A:  To check in at ALL Access, please bring your printed ticket and a photo ID.

Q:  How do I get a chance to walk the runway?

A:  Consultants who qualify to receive their cornerstone recognition pieces (new Executive Producers and higher) will each take their turn walking the runway during the Black & White Recognition Gala.  Stay tuned for updates on promotions and other opportunities to qualify for a chance to strut your stuff!

Q:  Will there be breaks during General Session?

A:  Yes.  Along with the lunch break in the middle of the day, there will be periodic breaks throughout General Session.

Q:  Will food be provided?

A:  With the exception of light snacks or desserts served at the Welcome Reception, Black & White Recognition Gala, and the After Party, all food is the responsibility of the attendee.  For information on what restaurants are available onsite, visit the Hard Rock Hotel's website, here.

Q:  My spouse or significant other is traveling with me, but only wants to attend the After Party.  Can I buy a ticket just for that?

A:  Yes!  After Party tickets are available for $99 and can be purchased on the event website, www.ALLAccess2017.com.  Please note that After Party tickets do not include any free gifts or registration materials and will not include access to General Session, the Black & White Recognition Gala, the Zi Boutique, or The Preview.

Q:  My spouse or significant other is traveling with me, but only wants to attend the Black & White Recognition Gala.  Can I buy a ticket just for that?

A:  Yes!  Tickets for the Black & White Recognition Gala are available for $25 and can be purchased on the event website, www.ALLAccess2017.com.  Please note that Black & White Recognition Gala tickets do not include any free gifts or registration materials and will not include access to General Session, the After Party, the Zi Boutique, or The Preview.

Q:  Who is invited to the Elite Dinner?

A:  All Consultants who achieve the rank of Executive Producer or higher by June 30, 2017 will be invited to attend the Elite Dinner.  Invitations will be mailed to those who qualify.

Q:  What payment methods will you be accepting?

A:  We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX as well as cash.  Personal checks will not be accepted.

Q:  What is a Pink Ticket?

A:  Pink Tickets are reserved for the first Consultants to register for the event.  An extremely limited number of Pink Tickets are available.  Once they are sold out, no additional Pink Tickets will be available.  Pink Ticket holders must be staying at the Hard Rock Hotel or reside in Las Vegas in order to qualify for benefits.  Pink Ticket holders will have early shopping access to the Zi Boutique and The Preview.  Hotel stay must be booked by June 30, 2017.

Q:  What benefits do I have as a Pink Ticket holder?

A:  As a Pink Ticket holder for ALL Access, you will be able to shop early inside the Zi Boutique and The Preview.  You must be staying with us at the Hard Rock Hotel or be a resident of Las Vegas, NV in order to take advantage of these perks.   

Q:  What is a Party Hopper Pass?

A:  Party Hopper passes are given to those Consultants who attend the 2017 Empower Me Pink tour and register for ALL Access before 11:59 PM MT on February 11, 2017 (the last day of the Empower Me Pink tour).

Q:  What benefits are available to those with a Party Hopper Pass?

A:  Party Hoppers will receive an invitation to our Welcome Reception, 50% off one piece of the Zi Collection, and a surprise gift.  All Party Hopper gifts and benefits will only be available to Party Hoppers who attend ALL Access.

Q:  Can I transfer my ticket?

A:  The transfer of a convention registration is permitted through June 30, 2017 and will be subject to a transfer fee of $50 to be paid by the original registrant.  Request for transfers will not be accepted or honored after June 30, 2017.  Promotional items including but not limited to Pink Tickets, Party Hopper passes, and other potential upgrades are nontransferable and will not be awarded to the new ticket holder.  All transfer requests must be received via email at events@paparazziaccessories.com.  Free convention tickets are nontransferable.

Q:  What is the cancellation policy?

A:  Cancellation requests received between November 19, 2016 and January 13, 2017 will be eligible for a refund of 75% of the ticket's original purchase price.  Cancellation requests received between January 14, 2017 and March 31, 2017 will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the ticket's original purchase price.  Cancellation requests received between April 1, 2017 and June 30, 2017 will be eligible for a refund of 25% of the ticket's original purchase price.  No cancellations will be accepted after June 30, 2017 and no refunds will be given, regardless of the registrant's attendance status.  Registration materials and complimentary commemorative t-shirt are forfeited upon cancellation. 

Q:  If I'm unable to attend the event, can my friend or Sponsor pick up my registration materials?

A:  No.  Promotional items provided to those in attendance will not be made available to those who do not attend the event, regardless of the reason for absence.  This includes but is not limited to registration materials and products for sale at the event.

Q:  Will I be able to meet my team members who are at the event?

A:  Definitely!  We strongly encourage you to contact your team members before arriving in Las Vegas to coordinate a time for you to meet up during the event.  Interacting with your upline and other Consultants from your team is a huge part of what makes these types of events a success.

Q:  If I'm driving to the event, will parking be available?

A:  Parking at the Hard Rock Hotel is free.  Valet parking is also available for free, though tipping is encouraged.

Q:  I received a free convention ticket in my Large Home Party Starter Kit ($499).  How do I redeem it?

A:  If you purchased a Large Home Party Starter Kit ($499) between November 17, 2015 and November 17, 2016, a discount code has been generated for you in the following format: SKLASTNAMEXXXX, where ‘XXXXX’ is your Consultant ID.  For example, if your name is Jane Smith, and your Consultant ID is 1234, your discount code would be: SKSMITH1234. 

If you have any issues with your discount code, please email the Events Team (events@paparazziaccessories.com) to have your eligibility verified and a discount code generated for you.  Free convention tickets expire one year from the date of the Starter Kit purchase.

Please note that if a Consultant redeems a free convention ticket and is unable to attend ALL Access, a $50 penalty fee will be incurred.  This fee will be waived if a formal cancellation is received by the Events Team via email prior to the registration end date of June 30, 2017. Free convention tickets are nontransferable.
